Fall Garden

Cucumbers are done.
Sunflowers have peaked.
Perennial herbs are flowering. Basil is trying to bolt.

Dahlias took too much damage to survive, am going to pull them.

Bed of cutting flowers is leggy but still blooming.
Container pots look terrible. Will try to save the white carnation, and take seeds from the forget-me-nots, but will pull the pinks, the white lobelia, and the powdery mildew covered salvia.

Started seeds:
Broccoli, fennel bulb and rainbow chard. Guess I'd better learn to like chard.
